Wollongong - Symbio Wildlife Park
During the previous long weekend, Sydney's Labour Day - 1st Oct, we managed to go out of the Sydney City @ the last min. to visit Wollongong. Sort of an Hr's drive away from Sydney itself.
As usual, my opportunity to go visit some ulu (translation: secluded) wildlife parks or private owned zoo. So this time we gave Australian Reptile Park in Central Coast (North of NSW) a miss and went Symbio Wildlife Park in Wollongong (South of NSW) instead. Photos as enclosed on our trip:

Can you see Symbio the Koala? That's the only Koala in the Wildlife park. The koala was named after the Park, naturally he is the mascot.
This is Daisy. I named it. It's a Wombat. My favourite australian critters. Have I revealed before that I have a crazy dream to have a wombat as a pet? May even train him to jump through hoop! Or perhaps crawl over slowly...
Below are the some funnies of the trip:
>> After which, we went to Wollongong's Nan Tien Temple. The largest Buddhist temple in Australia. Photos will be uploaded and blog be updated in due course. Stay tuned... Till then, take care of the Wildlife...
